SPACE TO RELAX - Large balcony with barbecue grill, fully enclosed and with a safety net, ideal for ensuring the safety of children and providing pleasant moments of relaxation.

COMPLETE KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY - Appliances: blender, electric kettle, oven, microwave, and new duplex refrigerator. - Utensils: glasses, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, and plates of various sizes. - Laundry room equipped with a washing machine, sink, and clothesline, for greater convenience during your stay.

GARAGE AND ACCESSIBILITY - 2 parking spaces suitable for small and medium-sized cars (sedans, SUVs, etc.). Large pickup trucks will not fit. - Condominium with elevator and entrance hall with access ramp, ideal for people with reduced mobility. - Footbath in the hall for added convenience after returning from the beach.

Guests will only have access to the apartment, elevators, entrance hall, foot bath, beach box and parking spaces.
